Where do you store all this crap?!

First off, my makeup collection and storage is not crap. To me, it's gold. I love, love, love makeup. When I walk into a nice Sephora (I wrote "nice" because there are a lot of run down Sephora's out there) or a Lush I get an overwhelming sense of peace and happiness. If you are lucky enough to find nirvana in this life then by all means, go for it. Mine consists of eye shadow palettes and bath bombs. I'm a simple girl. These things make me happy. Over the past 10 years I have acquired a vast amount of knowledge regarding products. I also have more makeup that one person could ever possibly use in 3 lifetimes but I love it. Here are some photos of my makeup storage. In my home I have a separate room for my makeup and bath products.

This is how I store my makeup. The desk is from Ikea. The chair I bought at Walmart.com for $80, and the wall decorations are Tokidoki long boards I bought on the tokidoki website.

The drawers are a good size in the Ikea desk. I use them mainly for everyday items I tend to use the most.

In the left side I store mostly blushes, foundations, concealers, bronzers, and eye shadow palettes.

In the drawer on the right side, I store my loose Bare Minerals eye shadows and MAC pigments, eyeliners, some lip glosses, and primers.

This tall dresser is from Ikea, it's called the Alex. I use it for storage of makeup, bath products that I don't use everyday. I keep my big Mehron foundation palette in there when I'm not using it for wedding makeup.

On the top, I have all my perfumes, gift boxes that I kept because I thought they were pretty. The star box is from Lush. The red boxes were from Macy's Juicy Couture perfume sets that I received over the last two Christmases.

This dresser has two types of drawers, the top 5 are shallow and are good for holding makeup.

The bottom 4 are deeper and I use them to hold my Lush products. This drawer hold all my Lush bath bombs, massage bars, and bath melts.

This next drawer holds all my Lush soaps. I like to transfer the soaps to ziplock bags because they keep longer. Lush soaps are expensive and I like to keep them as fresh as I can so I get a longer shelf life out of them.

In my bathroom storage cabinet, I store all my Lush body washes and WEN hair care items.

I always enjoy looking at everyone else's blogs and videos on storage. I hope this helps give you some ideas on how to store your own products. Thanks for reading.
